This chaff is discarded as it contributes to any coffee's bitterness. Unlike others, One One Coffee then slow roasts its beans, ensuring a more even and complete roast. The result? One One Coffee is family owned and operated. We feature small batch coffees that are locally roasted in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We source the highest quality beans from regions in Brazil with altitudes averaging 3,300 feet above sea level. These altitudes allow for slower growth which positively affects the coffee’s flavor profile. We roast to order using a small-batch, slow roaster which ensures an even, consistent roast for each cup. This guarantees a perfectly bold, low-acidic cup every time.
