OUR MISSION

One One Coffee is dedicated to providing our customers with extraordinary coffee. Beyond our passion for fine coffee, we exist to support the Truth of Genesis 1:1 (and also John 1:1) and the scientific evidence of creation as it relates to geology, biology, anthropology, and astronomy.

Our name and logo respectfully reference the Biblical verses of Genesis 1:1 and John 1:1.

These verses are a beacon to the Faithful that God, not chance, created the heavens and the earth and everything in between.

Our roasts’ names were specifically chosen to recognize these wonders and allow you to contemplate the infinite and God’s hand in their existence.

At One One Coffee, we believe in creation from both a scientific and theological perspective.

Evolution is presented as truth and science and belief in it permeates our culture and educational systems. Yet it skirts around and ignores many facts that it can't answer.
